We are currently looking for a companion animal veterinarian to join our team. Surgical experience is preferred, however new graduates are encouraged to apply. We are a multi-doctor practice and have a great support staff. We have 2 in-house CBC machines, several chemistry analyzers, and even a PT/PTT, in order to get quick results on bloodwork. We have state of the art equipment including, radiology, ultrasound, advanced surgical monitoring and therapeutic laser.

There are no after hour calls taken since we refer these to a local after hours emergency clinic.

We see a wide variety of cases from routine wellness visits to emergencies; such as; trauma/injuries, fractures, lacerations, uroliths, toxin ingestions & many more. We do many surgeries on a daily basis. This is a great practice for someone that is interested in gaining surgical and emergency experience.
If you are a new graduate, there are always three to four doctors working on each shift, so you will never be left alone. Our doctors enjoy mentoring new graduates and learning from them too!

We are a laid back practice, allowing you to use the knowledge that you learned in school and apply it to real life situations. Since 1979 we have had the privilege to help many new graduates to become very successful, and get the experience they would not be able to find at many other practices.
We believe that you will not be disappointed if you come to visit our practice.

How does working only 14 days a month and still full time sound? Our new veterinarian will also have a three day weekend off twice a month. We offer competitive wages, 401K retirement plan, Aflac insurance, Delta Dental insurance and BCBS insurance. We pay for annual state license renewal and an annual stipend for continuing education hours. We offer forty hours of paid vacation time, after the first year. Salary commensurate with experience.
